On early mornings, as I walked our dogs along the grass that bordered the tracks, I was amazed by the always changing atmosphere. On one particular day, it had been softly raining and everything was shrouded in a soft gray aura. It was unique and in sharp contrast to the typical atmosphere.
As I watched the commuters who daily crossed these tracks to wait for the train at the shelter, what I found most striking was the shimmering light reflected in the rain.
The way the various color signal lights reflected onto the railroad tracks and the mostly-naked trees made the scene so atmospheric and mystical that I had to paint it

Each giclée print is packaged flat with a rigid cardboard backer, which is inserted in a moisture-resistant cello sleeve. This is then inserted into a rigid mailer.
Processing and printing may require up to one week. Our goal is to have your print to you within 10 to 14 days max. On average, delivery is often faster than this.
